CLINIC HOURS Physical therapy clinic hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am to 3:30 pm Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Additional hours available by appointment. PLANNING YOUR FIRST VISIT If you are new to the Noah clinic, we ask that you print and complete a patient information form and patient medical history form.
