|HOW IT WORKS|| |
We believe it is very important for you to be aware of your insurance benefits for therapy. We encourage you to contact your insurance
provider to determine your benefits for therapy PRIOR to coming for your initial treatment session.|
Please be aware that some insurance plans require that you pay your deductable before your coverage begins, others require a co-payment
per visit, your insurance may require pre-certification for services.
This is how our insurance billing usually works:
A claim will be submitted to your insurance company notifying them that you have received services at one of our clinics.
After your insurance company receives your claim they may contact you for additional information.
After your insurance company pays us, we will provide you with information regarding the amount that still needs to be covered for your claim.
Please keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. If you do not follow your insurance terms, they may not pay for part or all of your care.
You may receive special equipment (brace or adaptive equipment) for your condition. You will receive a special bill from our providers for
durable medical equipment that they provided you while you were in our care. These are usually one time fees and will be explained to you
prior to you receiving your equipment.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your insurance, billing or services received please do not hesitate to contact our office staff
at (319) 352-5644. You can also find out more information about your programs through your insurance provider. You will find links to frequently used providers below:
