Easy Street is a realistic setting where patients build their endurance and practice functional and community skills that are necessary to
reenter the community.

interacting with obstacles that could be found in their homes and on the streets of their communities. While enjoying activities they
formerly completed to fill their days patients will be rebuilding their strength and regaining their independence.
