PEDIATRICS
We have several Physical Therapists who specialize in the treatment of infants and children. Our compassionate staff of pediatric therapists provide the highest quality of care, in a fun environment specially developed with our young patients in mind. Our therapists are happy to work closely with patients caregivers and understand the importance of their involvement in the successful treatment of this unique patient population.

In the pediatric population Physical Therapy addresses mobility skills appropriate for the developmental age of the child. Physical therapists work with a child and family/caregivers to develop skills such as rolling, sitting, weight bearing, crawling, walking, and running. They also assist in improving areas of strength, range of motion, balance and coordination following injury, surgery or illness. Physical therapists assess the need and train for the use of assistive devices such as orthotics, braces, crutches/walkers, and other specialized equipment.
