Taylor Physical Therapy was founded by William Taylor P.T. in 1971. He initially opened his physical therapy practice out of the
Waverly Municipal Hospital in 1971. Taylor Physical Therapy has grown to include services at clinics in Waverly, Sumner,
Parkersburg and Nashua. Taylor Physical Therapy also provides physical therapy services to the students, faculty and staff of
Wartburg College through the Noah clinic and in the Wellness facility on campus.
Our Mission at Taylor Therapy Associates is to provide the highest quality of therapy services in a manner that unfalteringly
respects the patient’s dignity and right to courtesy, confidentiality and compassionate care. Within this mission the therapy departments
are committed to educating patients and the community in promotion of general wellness, a healthy lifestyle, and injury prevention.
Taylor Physical Therapy supports the need for continual professional growth
and development of all physical and occupational therapy staff in order to provide our patients
with the latest in proven technologies and treatment strategies. All physical therapists on
staff are members of the American Physical Therapy Association and the
Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Many are members of specialty sections within the association, and our clinic is represented on the association board. Click on a staff member's name for biographical information. |
