An individualized program is essential to identifying and correcting each athlete’s weaknesses and maximizing their athletic potential. Athletes in our program will be educated on technique and fundamentals to execute agility and sports specific tasks properly and efficiently, thereby enhancing performance and minimizing the risk of injury. Our goal is to not only develop a better sport-specific player but develop a better athlete who can excel on multiple playing surfaces.
June Sports Performance Mini-Camp
Our June Sports Performance mini-camp is Taylored towards athletes looking to safely progress their physical development, and ensure they are physically ready to start training with their summer programs starting in July. With our program goals in mind, our focus is to bridge the gap between Sports Medicine and Sports Performance through the education of functional movement patterns, and implementation of form-focused overload principles. Our goal is not to develop a better sports-specific player, but develop a better athlete who can excel on multiple playing surfaces.
- 5-week Session: 3x/week
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday
- June 1st through July 3rd
- Group sizes will be STRICTLY limited to 25 individuals/session

Our Youth Physical Development Program is tailored towards the junior high aged athletes looking to safely progress their physical development. Our focus is to bridge the gap between Sports Medicine and Sports Performance through education of functional movement patterns, and implementation of form-focused overload principles. Our Sports Performance Program is an individualized program to identify and correct each individual athlete’s weaknesses and maximize their athletic potential. Athletes in our program will be educated on the technique and fundamentals to execute agility and sports-specific tasks properly and efficiently, thereby enhancing performance and minimizing the risk of injury. A thorough evaluation will be performed, assessing: mobility, stability, strength, agility, power, and speed. Emphasis will be placed on correcting each individual’s deficits/weaknesses in order to improve performance.
A-P Vertical and Quickness Enhancement Program
Our Vertical and Quickness Enhancement Program is individually designed to improve speed, quickness, and explosiveness. The foundation of this program is built on functional movement and mobility prior to implementing performance-based skills. The program is intended for athletes looking to take their performance to the next level!
